The
History section gives some background for those who have discovered
us more recently and would like to get a quick update on us and
where we have come from.
We’re on a bit of a crusade to bring back great tasting, hand
made bread so we’ve started getting specific by what we mean
by things like ‘hand made’ - an often abused term that
we take very seriously. This
sort of stuff and a bit of information on our ethics is in the
Ethics section. We’ll
introduce a discussion page in this area so that you can tell us
what you think and ask questions (we’ll try to answer them!).
The Products section has a full list of all our products, what they
do and don’t have in them (see the Ethics section for
definitions of any terms you’re unsure of), a description of
what they taste like and a price.
The Where to Buy section has a list of retail outlets, mainly in London, and Farmers Markets
The Recipes section is for sharing favourite recipes with the
Celtic Bakers community
Our bakers are proud of our bread and to celebrate our new labels
you’ll find the name of the baker that baked the bread you
buy on the label along with an email address so you can tell them
what you think of their handiwork.
Please have a look around, if you want to contact any of the team
we’d be happy to hear from you.
